Facing personal challenges or mental health struggles? Alyssa Clements offers tailored mental health services to clients across Tennessee and Alabama.
Hello and Welcome!
Alyssa Clements is committed to meeting you where you are—emotionally and mentally. Our practice offers individual therapy to adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress-related disorders, emotional regulation issues, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and relationship difficulties.
We also provide psychotherapy services for adults dealing with anxiety, disruptive and impulse-control disorders, and mood disorders.
We invite you to reach out to us today to learn more. We would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
The 15-minute phone consultation is designed to assess how well my services align with your needs. There is no charge for this call. During our conversation, we will explore your concerns, discuss how my services might be a match, and decide together if you would like to schedule an intake appointment. If for whatever reason it is determined that your concerns can be better met elsewhere, I will try to provide other referral resources in the local area.
Initial Intake
The intake appointment is your first session and usually lasts about an hour and a half. Before we meet, you’ll complete some paperwork electronically. During the appointment, we will explore your concerns, your history, and other relevant aspects of your life in relation to your mental health goals. At the end of our discussion, we will collaboratively decide on the next steps.
Individual Therapy
Individual counseling sessions generally last 50 minutes. I take a personalized approach to meet each client’s unique needs, supporting their journey toward personal growth and meaningful change.
Our practice strives to meet our clients where they are emotionally and mentally. We specialize in providing individual psychotherapy to adults with personality disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma and stress-related disorders, emotional-regulation, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and mood disorders.
